1. Orders and cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not shipped. After shipment, standard returns apply.
2. Returns
Unopened products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Warranty
LED modules and batteries carry a 12-month warranty from delivery. Contact support with your order number to start a claim.
4. OEM / ODM timelines
OEM production timelines may be adjusted with written confirmation before production begins. Changes requested after production starts are subject to re-quote.

6. Limitation of liability
